Someone on the other side

​Some of what she finds comes from designers — the people who read a moment and turn it into an object, whose names sit on the piece because the idea was theirs.

The rest comes from the pelletterie: firms in Scandicci, Santa Croce, around Florence, where a hundred people who learned it from someone in their family cut and stitch to a standard the fashion houses come here to meet. Both are Italy. Neither is available to you from a website.

​​She knows them all. She has been going long enough that they know what she will and will not take, and long enough to be asked in when something good is finishing.

Ask her for something — a maker, a material, a piece of Vicenza gold — and she will go and look.

How it works

Common Questions

Can I skip a delivery? 

Yes, and you can pause the whole subscription. Neither ends it, and neither costs you your place.

What if none of the three are right?

​Say so. Your Ambassador will find you something else — one piece or several — or hold the delivery until the right thing turns up. Nothing ships that you did not choose.

When am I charged?

​Once a year, when you subscribe. Nothing is charged again until the year turns.

What if it turns out not to suit me?

You have thirty days from your first delivery. Send the piece back and we return what you paid, in full.

Thirty days to change your mind. 
None to start.
